The large quantities of irrigation water delivered to farm units in the CBP indirectly control the irrigation-return flow in the four drainage basins studied in the project area during the irrigation season. Water samples were collected at USGS streamflow-gaging stations in the study basins, and continuous streamflow data were available only.
